|---|---|---|
| Direct project materials & services | 60% | Food, construction materials, water works, education materials or other approved project inputs. |
| Beneficiary support & delivery | 15% | Safe distribution, transport and direct support connected to the project. |
| Monitoring & documentation | 10% | Project verification, records, photos, beneficiary feedback and progress reporting. |
| Community coordination | 10% | Local coordination, mobilisation and implementation support. |
| Contingency | 5% | Reasonable unforeseen project costs, subject to approval and documentation. |
Important: This is an indicative planning model, not a promise that every donation will be divided exactly this way. Restricted donations will be handled according to the agreed purpose, applicable requirements and project circumstances.
MEASURING IMPACT
TRANSPARENCY CENTER
For supported campaigns, donors may request appropriate project updates and accountability information. Reporting will respect beneficiary dignity, privacy, safeguarding and any applicable legal or organisational requirements.
OUR DONOR COMMITMENT
We want donors and partners to know where their support goes, what it is used for and what difference it makes. Wolimbwa Community Foundation is committed to responsible allocation, transparent records and regular communication about supported activities.
We will treat donated funds and resources with integrity, document their use and provide appropriate updates and accountability to supporters.
Each campaign will have a stated purpose, approved budget and intended beneficiaries. Funds will be allocated according to the project plan and communicated to donors where appropriate.
We will maintain records of donations, purchases, project expenses and supporting documents, subject to applicable requirements and availability.
Donors will receive appropriate project updates, including progress, challenges, photos or other evidence where consent and safeguarding allow.
We will keep project financial information organized and make relevant accountability information available to donors, partners and authorized stakeholders.
Where a contribution is restricted to a specific project, we will seek to use it for that stated purpose. If circumstances require a change, we will communicate appropriately.
We will focus resources on practical community needs and document outcomes so supporters can understand the difference their partnership is helping to create.
HOW WE ALLOCATE SUPPORT
Tell us the project you want to support and we can provide the proposed budget, allocation plan and available accountability information for that campaign.
